Hailing from the rich tapestry of India, his culinary journey has been a vibrant exploration of flavors, textures, and cultural influences.
A native of the bustling city of Mumbai, his culinary odyssey began in India where he did his Hotel Management before going on to study at Le Cordon Bleu, London, where he honed his skills in the art of gastronomy. Following rigorous training at ITC Maratha, Mumbai as a management trainee, and with his insatiable passion for redefining Indian cuisine, he embarked on a global culinary expedition, working at esteemed kitchens cooking various cuisines such as Continental, Spanish & Indian in Mumbai, London and Gurgaon, before making Dubai his home for the past 7 years.
His culinary style is a kaleidoscope of flavors, where traditional Indian spices dance harmoniously with contemporary techniques. Whether it's reimagining classic dishes or creating avant-garde fusion delights, he takes pride in delivering a sensory experience that transcends boundaries.
