Dr Antony is currently working with Olam Food Ingredients (‘ofi’) as a Vice President of Innovation division and also heads the organization’s Customer Solution Centre based in India. He has 31 patents and several publications to his credit. Before joining ofi, Dr Antony was associated with Nestle, Germany as R&D Lead for Health Platform. And before this association with Nestle Germany, Dr Antony led the R&D for ITC Limited - Foods Division, India. Besides, Dr Antony has worked in the United States of America and Singapore as well for several years. Being a seasoned professional, he also serves as an Expert Committee Member in Ministry of Food Processing Industries, Government of India; and in Bureau of Indian Standards. Dr Antony has further contributed to United Nations Word Food Programme. He has earned his master’s and PhD degrees in Chemistry from Chemical Engineering Division, Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai.
