Elena Siegel has been based in the UAE since 2010 and is currently a partner in Kearney’s government and economic development practice. In this role, she works with leading government ministries and agencies to solve their most critical strategic issues.
A highly experienced consultant, over the past decade Elena has worked extensively in the GCC on a diverse range of sectors and topics, including technology and innovation, education and human capital development, agricultural technology and food security, economic competitiveness, and foreign direct investment, among others.
Drawing on her background in economics, innovation, and marketing, she helps devise strategies and programs to boost economic development. Elena focuses on working closely with clients to deliver nuanced solutions that are practical, implementable, enduring, and specifically tailored to address the UAE’s unique challenges.

A founding member of the UAE Private Sector Advisory Committee on the Sustainable Development Goals since 2018, Elena is also a sitting member of the Global Council for Sustainable Development for Gender Equality and is regularly sought as a moderator and panelist on a range of topics. Through these activities, and her ongoing contributions to UAE strategy and policy, she is proud to be part of the UAE’s journey to create a bright and secure future for its citizens and residents.
