With a holistic perspective, Elisa has overseen key functions including Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing and Distribution for several multi-national corporations.

She aims to simplify complexity by understanding how systems work, by enterprising operations and through resourceful manoeuvring. During her tenure in the corporate world, she was much more a corporate entrepreneur than a manager. This understanding of operations has been a cornerstone of her leadership.

As an international team leader, Elisa has led multifunctional teams through transformative periods, demonstrating an exceptional ability to achieve collaboration and thus success. She has co-founded Mighty River, a think tank – or more an “idea & do tank” – that sets up issue-specific teams on an ad-hoc basis to provide ideas, insights, and concrete strategies to businesses and – if required – guides them through challenges or transformative periods—Knowhow and energy to help pure sources to become mighty rivers.
