About Chef
Born and raised in Naples, Italy in 1989, my career started when I was 14 years old. Still a student I was making my first steps in the kitchens of casual restaurants within Naples and Caserta where I learned the secrets of local kitchen and traditional pizza. From 2007, my first experiences far from Naples, first in Venezia and then in Rimini in several 5 stars hotels.
