In Australia, Chef Lee left an indelible mark on the culinary scene, earning prestigious awards at renowned venues like Bilsons and Momofuku. Transitioning to Asian cuisine, he continued to excel, achieving acclaim at restaurants like Cho Cho San and Kisume, where he garnered widespread recognition as Head Chef.

In 2022, Chef Lee embraced a new challenge as Executive Chef at SUSHISAMBA Dubai, leveraging his diverse background to curate a fusion of Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian cuisines.
