Chef Kitak Lee boasts over two decades of culinary experience worldwide. Originating from Korea, he embarked on his culinary journey in 2001, specializing in European cuisine. His passion led him to refine his skills across various kitchen settings in Korea, the United States, and Australia, encompassing casual to fine dining establishments.
In Australia, Chef Lee left an indelible mark on the culinary scene, earning prestigious awards at renowned venues like Bilsons and Momofuku. Transitioning to Asian cuisine, he continued to excel, achieving acclaim at restaurants like Cho Cho San and Kisume, where he garnered widespread recognition as Head Chef.
In 2022, Chef Lee embraced a new challenge as Executive Chef at SUSHISAMBA Dubai, leveraging his diverse background to curate a fusion of Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian cuisines. Under his leadership, the restaurant has earned numerous accolades, cementing Chef Lee's reputation as a boundary-pushing culinary master.
