I am the General Manager of the "Pizza Style School" of the Unione Pizzaiuoli Tradizionali e Ristoratori with headquarters in Aprilia. He manages a group of thirty Professional Instructors for new openings, training courses, events, meetings and consultancy regarding the catering sector.

he’s also the organizer of events, Pizza World Cup, Pizza European Cup, Pizza Master Cup, Coppa Italia Pizza di Qualità, Pizzaiuolo of the Year, Coppa Mediterranea Pizza of Quality and Meeting Pizza Tour.
