Matthis Grosjean, hailing from Grenoble in the French Alps, discovered his passion for culinary arts early in life, nurtured by a family with impressive gastronomic skills. Graduating from the School Les Portes De Chartreuse in 2012, Chef Matthis embarked on a distinguished career, honing his craft in renowned Michelin-starred kitchens across France.

Notable experiences include working at the 3-Michelin star Épicure in Le Bristol Hotel and later at Paul Bocuse L’Aurberge near Lyon, where he mastered Classic French Kitchen techniques. His journey continued with roles at Taillevent Paris and Group Paul Bocuse, where he oversaw operations at Restaurant Marguerite.

After gaining international experience as an Executive Chef, Chef Matthis joined the esteemed SOHO Family Hospitality Group to lead the culinary team at F.R.N.D.S. Grand Cafe. This upcoming venue, blending European and Japanese cuisine, will showcase Chef Matthis' culinary prowess through expertly crafted menus and delectable gourmet creations.
