With a background in news journalism in the UK, Paul moved to the UAE in 2014 to join ITP Media Group, where he spent six years working across various editor roles within the Time Out GCC team.
In 2020, he took on a Group Editor position, overseeing leading industry titles Hotelier Middle East and Caterer Middle East. That group now includes Commercial Interior Design and fine-dining guide Gault&Millau.
A regular speaker and moderator on industry panels in the UAE and across the region, Paul is a strong supporter of the hospitality and F&B industries and has worked to give more recognition and coverage for the people who work within them, whatever level they are at.
