Steven Strange has been dedicated to the Restaurant and Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) Industry for the last forty years, he has honed his skills in large 300+ seater restaurants, 5-star functions, catering and also developing QSR brands, winning many awards including the Sunday Times Steakhouse of the year award.
Throughout his career, Steven has successfully built, opened, and managed restaurants and QSR operations including catering large sporting stadiums and concerts, while still optimising efficiency and profitability and maintaining a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Steven is well versed in staff training, inventory management, butchery techniques, and industry compliance regulations.
Steven’s passion for the industry goes beyond the day to day running of the businesses, he actively gets involved with research and development and seeks out opportunities to stay informed about the latest trends in food services. His forward-thinking approach has led to the implementation of innovative initiatives within the business.
In his free time Steven enjoys mentoring younger eager food industry people who are aspiring to do well in the food business, always eager to share knowledge and experience, however, family also plays a big roll and Steven always makes time for the simple pleasures.
