🔃 HOW TO GET TO DUBAI WORLD TRADE CENTRE

Several paid parking spots are available on and around our campus, providing easy access to various entrances. Alternatively, there are nearby dedicated taxi stands, bus stops, and a convenient metro station if you decide to use public transport.

There are several options, including a nearby metro station, taxi stands, bus stops, and convenient paid parking spots if you decide to drive.

Fares start at 5 AED or 12 AED if pre-booked and most taxis in Dubai are now equipped to take credit card payment.

Approximately a 10-15 minute drive away.

You can park in one of the paid parking spots available in and around the campus that provide easy access to various entrances, depending on the location of your event.

If you own an electric vehicle or a bicycle or require disabled parking, Al Mustaqbal Street Parking is the best-suited lane, directly linked to the exhibition halls.

There are several paid parking spots in and around the area that provide easy access to various entrances. However, there are also free parking spots opposite the Convention Tower.

Al Mustaqbal Street 

For Concourse 1, the Sheikh Rashid Tower is the closest parking spot to Halls 1-4, the Trade Centre Arena, and Sheikh Saeed Halls 1-3.

The closest parking to the Sheikh Maktoum and Sheikh Rashid halls and Halls 5-8 are the Exhibition Street and the Exhibition Plaza Parking.

The Zabeel Concourses 1 & 2, the closest are the Zabeel Plaza and The Al Mustaqbal Street parking.

Presently, valet parking is unavailable and provided only for certain events.

 

🏬 AMENITIES & FACILITIES

You can access our complimentary Wi-Fi service in all public areas except the halls. To start, look for a network labelled ‘Free-WiFi’, then complete the simple registration form. This service is available for a maximum of two hours and only applicable for devices operating on 5GHz frequency.

Several ATMs are available around the venue, and an Emirates NBD bank branch is in Concourse 2.

There are Life Pharmacy outlets available in Concourses 1 & 2.

Our emergency medical services (EMS) station is located in the main concourse between Halls 4 and 5. However, an additional station may be set up on Zabeel Concourse for larger events. Our qualified pre-hospital care team can provide primary responses for various medical situations.

The EMS team is available from 08:00 to 22:00 during build-up and tear-down and an extra hour before and after event timings. For organisers, more information about customised arrangements can be discussed with your planner.

Although personal property is not the responsibility of the Dubai World Trade Centre, a dedicated office for lost items operates 24/7. The office can be reached by calling +971 4 306 4600, and reasonable proof of ownership will be required for any items upon collection.
