Gulfood 2026 Premium Concierge Exhibitor Service
Terms of Service (“Terms”)
These Terms apply to the Premium Concierge Exhibitor Service (the “Service”) offered by Dubai World Trade Centre LLC (the “Organiser”) to exhibitors of the Gulfood 2026 event ("Exhibitor") to be held from January 26 – 30, 2026 at the Dubai World Trade Centre ("Event").
1. Scope of Service
The Service is designed to help Exhibitor maximise the value of their time onsite by streamlining meeting coordination and targeted introductions.
The service is provided on a best-efforts basis to provide dedicated concierge support to:
- manage and coordinate meeting schedules for one nominated company contact;
- proactively reach out to pre-selected visitors and buyers on behalf of exhibitor; and
- facilitate meeting logistics and onsite coordination during the Event.
The Service is strictly administrative and facilitative in nature, ensuring efficient connections while allowing Exhibitor to focus on meaningful engagement.
The Service is limited to outreach and coordination with visitors and buyers at the Event explicitly specified by Exhibitor.
Organiser shall not endorse, verify, influence, or participate in any commercial discussions, negotiations, pricing, or decision-making.
Organiser shall act solely as a facilitator and is not an agent, broker, or representative of Exhibitor.
Organiser does not guarantee the availability, responsiveness, or attendance of visitors or buyers at the Event, nor does Organiser guarantee any specific number of meetings, quality of leads, or commercial outcomes.
All commercial interactions, negotiations, and outcomes remain solely between Exhibitor and the buyer. Organiser shall have no liability whatsoever for any agreements, disputes, or transactions arising from meetings facilitated through the Service.
2. Exhibitor Responsibilities
Exhibitor is solely responsible for:
Providing accurate and complete information in a timely manner to enable the provision of the Service.
Accuracy, legality, and consent related to all contact details and meeting requests provided, including but not limited to ensuring all necessary consents under applicable data protection laws have been obtained.
Compliance with applicable data protection and privacy laws.
Conduct and outcomes of all meetings arranged through the Service.
Ensuring their representatives attend scheduled meetings and behave professionally and in compliance with all applicable laws and the Event rules and regulations.
3. Fee
The fee for the Service is AED 1,000 per Exhibitor (inclusive of VAT). Payment must be received in full prior to the commencement of the Service. Organiser reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Service if payment is not received in a timely manner.
All fees are non-refundable.
4. Data Protection
The Exhibitor confirms and warrants that it has all necessary rights, consents, and lawful bases under applicable data protection laws to provide personal data to Organiser for the purposes of delivering the Service.
Organiser will process such data solely for the provision of the Service and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Organiser shall not be responsible for the use, handling, or disclosure of personal data by third parties (including visitors and buyers) following introductions or meetings facilitated through the Service. Exhibitor shall indemnify Organiser against any claims, fines, or penalties arising from Exhibitor's failure to obtain proper consents or comply with data protection laws.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Organiser disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, regarding the Service, its results, or the outcome of any commercial engagement resulting from the Service. Organiser does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet Exhibitor's specific requirements.
6. Indemnity
The Exhibitor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Organiser, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and legal costs) arising from or relating to: a) information provided by the Exhibitor; b) Exhibitor’s conduct, breach of these Terms, or violation of any applicable laws or regulations; c) any intellectual property infringement claims arising from Exhibitor's materials or conduct; and d) meetings or interactions facilitated through the Service.
7. Liability
Organiser shall not be liable for any actions or omissions of visitors, buyers, no-shows, cancelled meetings, technical issues, non-performance by any third party, or for any negotiation, transaction, or commercial opportunity that does not progress or materialize through the Service, except where such failure is directly caused by Service Provider's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Organiser shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary losses or damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity) incurred by Exhibitor or any third party arising from use of the Service, except where such damages result from Exhibitors gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud.
Organiser's total aggregate liability in connection with the Service shall not exceed the amount of fees actually paid by Exhibitor for the Service (being AED 1,000).
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude Organisers liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) gross negligence or willful misconduct; or (d) any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.
8. Termination
Organiser may terminate the Service immediately without refund if Exhibitor breaches these Terms, fails to comply with Event rules and regulations, or engages in misconduct.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
10. Acceptance
Purchase or use of the Service confirms the Exhibitor’s agreement to these Terms.
