Buyers submit their purchase requirements — including product specifications, volumes, certifications, and delivery timelines. Our AI engine analyses these inputs and identifies exhibitors who best meet your needs, providing a curated, data-backed shortlist for review.

Yes. The Gulfood concierge team only facilitates introductions and schedules meetings, but all commercial negotiations and final agreements are strictly between the buyer and exhibitor. The Gulfood team does not participate in contracts or deal execution.

Once you express interest in a matched exhibitor, our dedicated concierge team personally manages the introduction, schedules meetings, and builds a tailored itinerary to suit your priorities. They also provide support for onsite logistics to ensure your experience is seamless and productive.

Yes. The concierge team works around your preferred timings, ensuring meetings fit within your schedule. Onsite, meetings can also be adjusted to align with your availability.

The Big Deal Hub is designed for buyers with serious procurement requirements, particularly those sourcing at scale. Smaller buyers are welcome but must meet minimum criteria to ensure alignment with exhibitor expectations.

You can submit your purchase requirements and access AI-matched exhibitors as soon as the platform opens on 20 December. Early participation maximises the chance of securing meetings before the show begins. 

Gulfood facilitates introductions and meetings but does not guarantee deal closures. All negotiations and contracts are the responsibility of the buyer and exhibitor.

All buyer information and purchase requirements are treated with the utmost confidentiality. You will only be connected with the exhibitors you wish to select. Meetings can be scheduled in private rooms to ensure sensitive discussions remain secure.

Yes. The concierge team can manage schedule adjustments, cancellations, or rescheduling to suit your needs. We aim to ensure maximum flexibility while keeping your agenda optimised.

You can register via the official Gulfood 2026 website or by contacting our concierge team directly. Once registered, you’ll be guided to submit your requirements and begin the matchmaking process.

The AI platform prioritises the most relevant matches based on your specifications to maximise quality and efficiency. Based on this, you can select the most closely-matched exhibitor and our concierge team will then facilitate the connection. You can expect to connect with approximately 10 – 12 meetings a day.

A dedicated Big Deal Hub concierge team is available via email, phone, or onsite during the show to support you at every step of your journey.

DWTC does not participate in, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any commercial agreements or deals negotiated between buyers and exhibitors. DWTC will not be liable for no-shows, cancelled meetings, unsuccessful negotiations, or deals that do not progress or convert into a contract.
